Current form status
The online quote form sends your inquiry to M11 Landscape through Formspree, with Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification. The information below explains how a connected quote form processes an inquiry.
Information you provide
A quote request includes your full name, company name, email address, project type and project description. You may also provide a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer drawing link. We do not offer direct file uploads through this form.
How we use your information
M11 Landscape uses inquiry information to review your brief, communicate with you and discuss a possible visualization commission. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Services involved
When the form is enabled, Formspree receives and stores the submission and sends an email notification to M11 Landscape at lutrieumien.xd@gmail.com. Google/Gmail processes the resulting email. Cloudflare hosts the website and Turnstile checks requests for spam or automated abuse. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request metadata under their own policies.
Drawing links and access
A link is included in your inquiry; our form does not automatically fetch its contents. Files remain with the sharing provider unless M11 Landscape accesses or downloads them to review your brief or perform agreed work. Share only material you are permitted to provide, use view-only access where appropriate, and avoid including passwords, identity documents or unrelated confidential information.
Retention and deletion
Form submissions are subject to the provider’s plan and retention settings. Formspree Free currently provides a 30-day submission archive; this is not a promise that every provider copy or email is deleted after 30 days. Inquiry emails and project correspondence may be retained while needed to handle your inquiry or agreed work. Contact lutrieumien.xd@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion; requests must be addressed across the relevant services and any applicable retention obligations.
Browser storage and tracking
This website does not save draft form entries in localStorage or sessionStorage and does not add inquiries to advertising audiences. Turnstile and the other providers perform their own security and service processing. External email, Instagram and file-sharing links are governed by their providers’ policies.
Your choices
You can omit the drawing link, contact us directly by email, or request deletion of inquiry information. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a visualization quote.
